Quality policies

As a member of the Rosatom Group, we at TENEX-Japan Co. seek to develop the Group and improve the satisfaction of our employees through front end and back end business of nuclear fuel cycle as well as new businesses, while each and every one of us has strong beliefs and aims to maximize the corporate value.
At the same time, we will place top priority on our customer satisfaction, and will conduct our business with sincere attitude, conscientiousness and trustworthy behavior.

2. In order to implement the quality policies concretely, we set quality targets, carry out our activities to achieve and verify them.

3. We ensure that we develop and maintain a sound safety culture, and raise awareness of compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

4. We will ensure that all employees are competent through education and training.

5. We will continuously improve our quality management system by periodically evaluating and reviewing the “quality policies”, related rules and the management system.
