Quality Management Policy
TENEX-Japan Co. is a company integrated into TENEX’s and ROSATOM’s group and follows their principles of quality management in its business activities. TENEX-Japan is focused on the consistent improvement of the level of satisfaction of its customers and all other stakeholders.
The absolute priority for TENEX-Japan is to serve the interests of its valuable customers by providing them with products and services that meet their requirements and exceed their expectations. All business activities of TENEX-Japan are conducted in accordance with the requirements of the laws and corporate regulations of Japan.
Each employee of TENEX-Japan shall act in accordance with the principles of the quality management system in the interest of customers and other stakeholders.
Anti-corruption Policy
The system for fighting bribery and corruption within TENEX-Japan was created in accordance with the UK’s Bribery Act 2010—the most stringent piece of anti-corruption legislation in the world’s legal practice.
We at TENEX-Japan do not promise, offer, receive, give or authorize, directly or indirectly, bribes or anything of value to anyone, including any government official and/or employee, representative of a government-owned or controlled entity, private person, or employee of any business, to improperly influence any act or decision to obtain or retain business, or to secure any improper advantage for TENEX-Japan. Compliance to this anti-corruption and bribery policy shall be verified through various methods, including but not limited to, reports from available business tools, internal and external audits, self-assessment, and/or feedback to the policy owner.
Countering Corruption
Reports about corruption offenses, either committed or intended to be committed, by employees of ROSATOM or its subsidiaries, or about any actions violating the property or other rights or legal interests of ROSATOM, should be submitted through the following special communications means:
